Role and Responsibilities
As the sole Product Designer at Peerbie, I focused on enhancing the application's usability and collaborating with the Growth team. I conducted user research, designed solutions to improve onboarding and engagement, and added new major features based on user feedback. Collaborating with the Growth team, we achieved positive outcomes, contributing to increased user satisfaction and retention rates. My role in fostering a user-centric culture and leveraging design principles played a crucial role in driving the ongoing success of the product.
Why These Design Changes Matter
Every aspect of WhereToWork was designed with the user in mind. The result is a platform that not only helps people find the perfect workspace but also encourages them to share detailed, useful feedback with others. This project reinforced one of my core beliefs about design: when you simplify the process and prioritize user needs, you create something people love to use.
