Overview
Peerbie is an AI-powered team collaboration platform that streamlines workflows, enhances communication, and boosts productivity for teams of all sizes. To improve user retention and engagement, we identified the need to revamp the onboarding process

The initial onboarding flow faced several issues:
High Churn Rate: Users were dropping off during the onboarding process, indicating a need for a more engaging and intuitive experience.
Lengthy Process: The original onboarding had too many steps, leading to user fatigue and abandonment.
