Product Design

How do you help businesses sell online, build their own website, and manage payments—all without technical complexity?

That was the core challenge behind SIT, a platform designed to bring together a marketplace, a site builder, and banking integrations into a single, easy-to-use product. The goal was to remove the friction small and medium businesses face when launching and managing their online presence.

SIT needed a scalable product foundation that felt simple on the surface, yet powerful underneath.

Cross-Team Contributions

While my primary focus was on the core product experience, SIT was a large-scale platform developed by a multi-disciplinary team. I worked as part of this broader effort and contributed across several key product areas, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other designers.

Marketing Tools & Growth Features

I contributed to the design and UX of SIT’s marketing-focused features, helping businesses attract and convert customers more effectively. This included:

Campaign-related user flows
Clear CTA structures and conversion-oriented layouts
Ensuring consistency between marketing tools and the core selling experience

The goal was to make marketing tools feel like a natural extension of the platform—not a separate system.

Banking Experience & Financial Flows

As part of the banking domain, I worked on experiences related to:

  • Payment setup and onboarding flows

  • Transaction visibility and clarity

  • User confidence and trust when interacting with financial data

Special attention was given to clear language, visual hierarchy, and feedback states, ensuring that users always understood what was happening with their money.

Agenda & Meeting Management

I also contributed to SIT’s Agenda feature, designed to help businesses manage meetings, appointments, and internal planning. My focus here was on:

  • Simplifying meeting creation flows

  • Making scheduling intuitive and fast

  • Reducing friction between planning and execution

This feature played an important role in helping teams stay organized within the same platform they use to run their business.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Working within a large team required:

  • Clear communication across domains

  • Aligning design decisions with shared product goals

  • Maintaining consistency across independently developed features

This experience strengthened my ability to design within complex systems, contribute meaningfully to different product areas, and collaborate at scale.
